This week, we had the privilege of #welcoming our HR VP, Angela Vander Kelen , and our HR Sr Director Roberto Gomez to our Fasco facilities. During their visit, they met with the plant #leadership team and had the opportunity to learn about the plant’s #results, current #challenges, and upcoming projects They also toured our production areas, where team members showcased the products they manufacture and presented the key #performance indicators that drive results within their respective areas. ✅ Additionally, they spent time connecting with our #HR team. The visit concluded with a ramp-up session with the leadership group, during which they shared valuable #insights, feedback, and observations.
