Behind the scenes of Pom’Potes® with Julien Mandegou 🍎​ ​ Recently appointed Operations Manager, Julien takes us inside the Boué plant to discover how Pom’Potes® is made: from apple reception and cooking to recipe blending, pouch filling, cooling, and packaging.​ ​ Every day, the site receives up to 15 trucks of fresh apples, which are then transformed into millions of pouches enjoyed by families in France… and internationally, where Pom’Potes® is known as GoGo squeeZ® in the United States.​ ​ Julien knows the site and its teams inside out.
