Turning ideas into industrial reality.   Today, we inaugurated X-Lab at our Cassinetta site in Italy, a new industrial laboratory designed to bridge research and production and accelerate how innovation becomes real.   Located at one of our key manufacturing hubs in Europe, X-Lab brings together engineering, production and technology to test, simulate and scale new solutions, from advanced robotics and AI to virtual reality and additive manufacturing.   What makes X-Lab particularly relevant is its role in shortening the path from idea to application, while strengthening the capabilities of our people and our industrial ecosystem. X-Lab is also designed as a space for cross-collaboration, connecting teams across functions and geographies, while opening up to partners including universities, suppliers and technology hubs.   Industrial innovation is not only about technology.
