Introducing Hind Adham Abdolddin, whose participation in "What Shapes Us" at The Warehouse AE, curated by Mirna El Osta, added a deeply personal voice to the exhibition. A visual artist and architect, Hind's work explores the emotional depth of the human experience through expressive watercolor portraiture. Her practice is rooted in capturing subtle emotions and creating meaningful connections between the artwork and the viewer. For "What Shapes Us," Hind presented I Am Still Breathing, a series of three watercolor paintings inspired by a transformative period in her life after moving to the United Arab Emirates. Arriving with uncertainty, separated from her husband and navigating a new chapter between careers, she found herself searching for belonging in an unfamiliar place. Painting became both refuge and expression. Through flowing watercolor forms and emotional portraiture, the series reflects moments of loneliness, distance, resilience, and hope. The fluid movement of color mirrors the uncertainty of that time, unpredictable yet always moving forward. Together, these works stand as a quiet reminder that even in life's most uncertain moments, there is strength in simply continuing. Through her artistic journey, Hind continues to explore the intersection of emotion, identity, and human connection, creating works that resonate long after the viewer has stepped away. https://lnkd.in/euFft7Xn #beirutartmagazine #ContemporaryArt #EmergingArtist #paintings #watercolor #ArtExhibition #FineArt #LebaneseArtist #MixedMediaArt #ArtCollector #ArtGallery #Creative #Luxuryhome #homedecor #interiordesign #realestate #hospitality #Dubai #UAE
