Throughout the month of June, Beiersdorf Malaysia celebrated Development Month, a global initiative dedicated to reinforcing the importance of continuous learning, personal growth, and career development. While development is embedded in our everyday culture through various development opportunities throughout the year, Development Month serves as a meaningful reminder to pause, reflect, and intentionally invest in ourselves. This year's theme, "Make It Personal," celebrates the idea that no two development journeys are the same and every journey deserves to be embraced in its own way. To bring this theme to life, Beiersdorf Malaysia organized a series of development-focused activities designed to inspire meaningful conversations, encourage learning, and strengthen connections across the organization: šŸš€ Kick-off & Hot Seat – An opportunity for employees to hear firsthand from leaders and colleagues as they shared their unique career journeys, lessons learned, and experiences that shaped their growth. āš–ļø The Balancing Act – A candid discussion where leaders and colleagues shared how they navigate the balance between their personal and professional lives, offering practical insights and relatable experiences. šŸ“ˆ Development Clinic – Our team members had the opportunity to participate in one-on-one sessions with our HR experts, receiving personalized guidance and practical advice to help them take the next step in their development journey.
