Clarity matters, especially in complex markets. This was the focus of today's Annual General Meeting at Beiersdorf.    Our CEO, Vincent Warnery, spoke about Beiersdorf’s performance, as well as how the “Win with Care” strategy continues to provide clear direction, based on science, strong brands, expansion into new markets and responsible growth. On stage, he discussed with NIVEA president Grita Loebsack how to put NIVEA back on a growth path: through portfolio rebalancing, strengthening local decision-making and sharpening the value proposition, using concrete examples from key markets.     In conversation with our R&D specialist Benjamin Al and S-Biomedic founder Bernhard Pätzold, the speakers highlighted Beiersdorf’s long-standing leadership in microbiome research and its impact on the development of the next generation of dermatological solutions.    During the #AGM, we engaged in open and honest discussions with our shareholders, addressing the challenges of the past year and the actions we are taking.     Thank you to our shareholders for the constructive exchange and continued trust!     #Beiersdorf #WinWithCare
