Making support visible, not assumed 🌈 In Mexico, colleagues from our Beiersdorf production site came together to form a human rainbow flag, designed to create visibility and spark dialogue. By proudly showing who we are, and who we stand with, we help create environments where everyone can feel seen, heard, and proud in their skin. This spirit of visible support extended beyond the workplace as our teams joined the local Pride March in Mexico, turning our global values into meaningful local action by helping foster allyship, pride and connection.
