🔭 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 : 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐠𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐜, 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐬   At Montgomery Parc, 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 meets 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 💡 🌿 This landmark development in Brussels will be the first building in Belgium to achieve the highest sustainability certifications: BREEAM Official 𝘖𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘮, and DGNB German Sustainable Building Council 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘮. 👏   With a total surface area of 𝟖,𝟐𝟒𝟐 𝐦² underground and 𝟐𝟖,𝟖𝟎𝟑 𝐦² above ground, the project was designed by B2Ai architects in collaboration with SUREAL, MDP, De Fonseca, and Sven Sterken (KUL).   For this exceptional project, Beddeleem proudly contributes with our 𝗝𝗕 𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, a true technical achievement. 👊 A 𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫-𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 that demanded extensive R&D, engineering, and production expertise, proving once again that our 𝗝𝗕 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.   🙏 Thanks to the strong collaboration with Kolmont and Cordeel Group this ambitious project continues to progress within the planned timing.   📷 Philippe van Gelooven
