We are 10K strong! 💪 Technology is, and always will be, people-powered. 💙 While this milestone is certainly worth celebrating, it has me reflecting on something even more important: ➡️ The #responsibility that comes with having a voice. Today, we have more opportunities than ever to connect directly with customers, partners, colleagues, and communities. But with that opportunity comes the responsibility to be #mindful about what we share 👉 to bring clarity, cut through the noise, and genuinely help people #navigate an increasingly complex world. For me, that responsibility is grounded in three things: 🔹 Being a bridge between the innovations at SAP and the people it serves. After years of leading in customer support and customer-facing roles, I’ve seen the power of bringing insights, ideas, innovations, and business solutions closer to our customers, partners, and the broader SAP ecosystem. Championing those conversations and customer #advocacy, has always been the key #focus. 🔹 Keeping #purpose at the center of our work. In a world of goals, targets, and rapid execution, it is often people who keep us inspired and motivated. Mentorship has played a defining role throughout my career, and challenged me to think differently. Having a platform to amplify those learnings and extend the impact of mentorship #beyond my own experience is something I am grateful for. 🔹 Building a trusted community. LinkedIn is home to more than a billion professionals. What makes this milestone meaningful isn’t the number itself, it’s knowing that 10,000 people chose to be part of this community because they find value in the conversations we are having around customer advocacy, innovation, leadership and the business solutions that help organizations succeed.
