Bechtel has safely and successfully turned over Train 6 at Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage 3 (CCL Stage 3) to our partners at Cheniere Energy, Inc. — bringing the project to more than 97% complete, with six of seven mid-scale trains delivered. CCL Stage 3 is a seven-train expansion of Corpus Christi LNG, the first greenfield LNG export facility built in the United States in 50 years. Our Bechtel team has turned over each train with the same disciplined process: meticulous planning, repeatable field execution, a laser focus on safety, and a commitment to caring for the local community. Not to mention, delivering these trains faster to market, and more cost effectively than anyone else — raising the bar at every turn. This marks another milestone in our 20+ year partnership with Cheniere, which to date includes the delivery of nine large-scale trains and six mid-scale trains across two facilities, Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi. That kind of track record is built on experienced field leadership, a workforce committed to quality and readiness every day, and a customer relationship grounded in shared standards and mutual accountability. LNG is central to global energy security — and the infrastructure being built on the U.S. Gulf Coast today will shape how nations access reliable fuel for decades to come. Congratulations, everyone! 👏 Learn more about our work at Corpus Christi ⬇️
