It's been a truly awe-inspiring experience to be a part of the CommBank Core Banking transformation journey. Witnessing what this team achieved was not only a success for CommBank, but for me personally, it has been a profound career highlight. As Simon said, "If you want to go far, go together," this project defined it. Our success hinged on aligning the absolute global best around partnership, from Red Hat, Commonwealth Bank, Accenture, SAP, SAP Fioneer, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This team were not only the best at what they do, but a group of some of the greatest people I have had the privilege to work next to, and learn from. Watching you all in action, was something else. You exemplified what it means to partner. Thank you for the opportunity to come along, what a ride! This experience has set a new benchmark for what's possible when you partner with fearless conviction, relentless innovation, and leadership from the heart.
