What I’m realising about working in Essex? Everyone knows everyone in the local agencies, especially if we’re in competing markets. And names are recognised pretty quickly, if not instantly. But not everyone knows what we do at Seer so, yes: 💜We are based in Billericay high street. 💜We do AI Research, AI Engineering, Web3, Quantum Computing and Data Centres across the US market. 💜We have a 360 team, BD team and Delivery team, and the collaboration and communicate is the strongest I’ve ever seen. 💜We are in the office 4 days from 12-8pm. 💜Our 4-day work weeks means everyone is off on Fridays. 💜Our Founders are hands on with the teams, no better way to learn! But no, it doesn’t mean: That we bill less: our consultant average monthly billings per head last year was over £22.5k! That we earn less: 4 day work week does not equal 4 day pay and the commission scheme sees up to 40% monthly! That you give up your life for the hours: it may not be your 9-5 but our teams do love a round of golf or game of padel before logging on! That you’re micromanaged because you’re sat next to the leaders!
