Step by step, with support from colleagues and his team lead, he learned the production environment and gained confidence in his role. Later, when transportation became difficult after a move, he saw an opportunity for his brother Sulaiman to join the team. Today, both brothers work side by side, supporting each other while continuing to learn and grow.
