BearingPoint Capital acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Einar Øgrey Farsund AS on the successful carve-out and sale of its HVDC installation business to Muehlhan Wind Service. The Norway-based Einar Øgrey Farsund AS has sold its HVDC installation unit to Muehlhan Wind Service, strengthening Muehlhan’s position as an international provider of wind and energy infrastructure services. The HVDC unit has been a long-time partner to Hitachi Energy, contributing to major offshore wind projects such as Dogger Bank and Hornsea 3, and this transaction brings specialized capabilities that are well-suited to support Muehlhan’s continued growth.
