This is what Mental Health Liberation looks like. Black folks with bipolar, schizophrenia, BPD, HIV, depression, and trauma telling our full stories, not just our diagnoses. We're naming our defiance and we're building it. We're building village care systems that honor what institutions abandoned. We're taking the tools designed by others and remaking them with our magic, our base, our Black brilliance. Black therapists, yogis, pastors, and big mamas taking what was meant to contain us and flipping it on its head. We are not waiting for white institutional approval. We are not waiting for their certification. Our healing is valid. Our defiance is medicine. Our community is our revolution.
