In Bruges, fire brigades are being equipped to receive priority at intelligent traffic lights. Together with Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer and Cevi Group, Be-Mobile connected the Verdi Command intervention app directly to Bruges' intelligent traffic lights, creating a green wave on their emergency route. Through the Be-Warned hub, real-time warnings are also pushed to drivers through Flitsmeister and other connected apps. The results are faster response times, safer intersections and better anticipation on the road.
