This July, we’re proud to be hosting 20 new Insight Days across 12 of our UK offices to give young people (age 16+) invaluable workplace exposure and help them build essential employability skills. Delivered by our first-year trainees as part of their Citizenship days, these sessions offer a unique, peer-led experience. From an introduction to BDO, to speed networking and practical skills development, attendees will gain real insight into early careers in professional services. For our trainees, it’s also an opportunity to give back, grow their networks and develop new skills beyond their day-to-day roles.
