I had the chance to attend TEDxTalk Women — “Power of Voice” and it left me reflecting far beyond communication skills. We often think voice is just about speaking up in meetings or presenting ideas. But the deeper message was this: your voice is your agency — how you shape narratives, influence decisions, and create space not only for yourself, but for others. A few insights that stayed with me: - Voice starts with self-permission. Before others hear you, you have to allow yourself to speak — without minimizing your ideas. - Authenticity beats perfection. People resonate with truth, not rehearsed excellence. - Silence has a cost. When you don’t use your voice, rooms make decisions without your perspective. What I loved most was the reminder that “power of voice” isn’t only about volume — it’s about intention, clarity, and courage. A simple but powerful reminder I’m taking with me.
