Inspiring the next breakthrough: #LINO75 unites Nobel Laureates with the scientists of tomorrow   “75 Years and Beyond – Science Transcending Borders” this is the theme of this year’s anniversary Lindau Nobel Laureates Meeting. It perfectly fits to our mission to advance scientific breakthroughs by convening open exchange. For the past 15 years, we have supported over 300 early career researchers to participate in the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings and to become Bayer Foundation Lindau Fellows.   This year, we brought 20 fellows to participate in the event and met them during our dinner.   Our Associate Director Tatjana Gust together with Dr. Michael Metzlaff welcomed two renowned Nobel Laureates: Professor Thomas C. Suedhof and Professor W.E. Moerner from Stanford University, USA. Additionally, the evening featured an expert talk on the Oncology Research & Early Drug Development at Bayer | Pharmaceuticals by Franziska Siegel, Oncology Research Portfolio Lead and enriching conversations, embodying the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings’ theme of “Educate. Inspire. Connect.”   A heartfelt thanks to the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings organization team for their invaluable efforts and contributions to the success of the evening and to all participants.   #Science #EarlyCareerTalents #Fellows
