๐——๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ท๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฎ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ โ€“ ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป. ๐Ÿš€ ย  That was exactly the focus in the Global Foresight and Technology Management (GFTM) Master's program at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, in the course ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜€ taught by Prof. Alexander Schรถnmann. ย  This time, the spotlight was not on theory alone, but above all on one thing: ๐—ฝ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ. ๐Ÿ™Œ ย  With Jasmin Krug from port F | Feddersen Group, our students had the opportunity to dive into real-world innovation practice. After an inspiring introduction to the company and its activities in the fields of Trade, Plastics, and Expertise, they gained valuable insights into key questions of innovation management: ๐Ÿ” How does ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต work in the context of innovation management? ๐Ÿค How is ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป practiced at port F? ๐Ÿง  What ๐˜€๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐˜€ are needed today to manage innovation effectively? โšก And why do innovation units in companies sometimes fail โ€” or even get shut down? ย  These honest insights and the open discussion about challenges made the session especially valuable. ย  The second part of the guest lecture then became highly interactive. The students worked with the ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€, conducted interviews, developed personas, and explored different topics from the retail sector in three groups. In the end, they pitched their business ideas with impressive creativity, structure, and a strong willingness to shape the future. ย  What stood out most was the atmosphere in the room: highly motivated students working with curiosity, energy, and team spirit on their ideas โ€” even under the time pressure that is naturally part of workshops. These are exactly the moments that show what future skills really mean: ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—น๐˜†, ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐˜†, ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—น๐˜†. ย  A heartfelt thank you to Jasmin Krug for the inspiring practical insights and to our GFTM students for their committed, creative, and active participation.
