Happy Earth Day 🌍 At Bauwerk Group, sustainability means taking responsibility and acting for a better world. It shapes every step of our value chain — from responsible wood sourcing to resource-efficient, circular production and lower-emission production and logistics. Our latest sustainability insights reflect this commitment: 70% of our wood is certified and the rest comes from a controlled source, 70% of production waste is recycled or repurposed, and almost of our parquet is made of 98% natural wood. We also continue to reduce our environmental impact through smarter logistics. A recent intermodal transport initiative between Lithuania and Germany helped save 232.5 tonnes of CO₂ — demonstrating how innovation in transport can make a measurable difference reducing climate change.
