With lots of team spirit, dedication, and a dose of female power, BaumInvest took part in the 11th FAIR ways Cup of the Sport-Club Freiburg e.V. at the Dreisamstadion! ⚽🌱 Seven colleagues represented us on the field: Ann-Kathrin Söllner, Antje Virkus, Lisa Kannengießer, Bastian Arthur Wenz, Heiko Rock, Jakob Crone and Michael Metz. Not only did they have a great time at the tournament, but they also visibly increased the proportion of women. Of the roughly 8 women on the field, 3 were from our team. That’s a real statement for diversity and equality – especially with 38 participating companies! The tournament was marked by exciting matches, inspiring encounters, and an atmosphere where collaboration and fairness were at the center. We also had the pleasure of meeting former player Nils Petersen in person, which was a special highlight for us. As FAIR ways partners, we join forces with SC Freiburg and other companies to support sustainable projects in the region. The initiative stands for social responsibility, sustainable action, and a spirit of togetherness – values that we actively live and promote as a company. FAIR ways Cup im Dreisamstadion des SC Freiburg am Start! ⚽🌱 Sieben Kolleg*innen haben uns auf dem Platz vertreten. Sie haben nicht nur viel Spaß am Turnier gehabt, sondern auch die Frauenquote sichtbar nach oben getrieben. Von etwa 8 Frauen auf dem Platz kamen gleich 3 aus unserem Team. Ein echtes Statement für Vielfalt und Gleichberechtigung – besonders bei 38 teilnehmenden Unternehmen! Das Turnier war geprägt von spannenden Spielen, inspirierenden Begegnungen und einer Atmosphäre, in der Zusammenarbeit und Fairness im Mittelpunkt standen. Dabei hatten wir auch die Freude, den ehemaligen Spieler Nils Petersen persönlich zu treffen, Als FAIR ways-Partner engagieren wir uns mit dem SC Freiburg und anderen Unternehmen für nachhaltige Projekte in der Region. Die Initiative steht für gesellschaftliche Verantwortung, nachhaltiges Handeln und gelebtes Miteinander – Werte, die wir als Unternehmen aktiv leben und fördern.
