Growth is easy to announce🌱 Building sustainable growth is the real challenge. Especially in a fast-moving world, growth is not something that simply happens automatically. It requires structure, focus, clear responsibilities, operational excellence and continuous organizational development. At BaumInvest, this understanding has always been part of how we build. Today, our operations in Colombia continue to grow steadily. This year alone, we are restoring more than 3,000 additional hectares of degraded grassland, bringing the total area under management to already more than 16,000 hectares. But growth at this scale only works when competencies, leadership and operational quality grow alongside it. For this reason, we are very pleased to strengthen our forestry leadership team with Fabian Schmidt-Pramov as Head of Group Forestry Operations. Fabian was already part of BaumInvest’s forestry journey more than 15 years ago during the early development phase in Costa Rica. He now returns with extensive international experience across restoration projects, large-scale forestry operations and carbon forestry projects across Latin America. At the same time, we are continuing to expand our operational team in Colombia and are currently looking for a Senior Carbon Forestry Manager for the Vichada region.
