We were in Cannes last week for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2026, joining a series of conversations, panels and industry events across Campaign UK House and the Little Black Book Beach. Bringing together Audio, Outdoor and Publishing, we spent the week with clients, partners and industry peers talking about how media is evolving in a world shaped by AI, shifting behaviours and growing pressure on performance. A few themes kept coming up throughout the week: • Trust still sits at the heart of effective media - and trusted environments continue to deliver stronger outcomes • Context is becoming more important than ever - showing up in the real-life moments where decisions are actually made • AI was front and centre across conversations - with a clear sense it should enhance creativity and efficiency, not replace human judgement Alongside this, we shared how Bauer Media is evolving into a more connected European media company across Audio, Outdoor and Publishing - working Stronger Together to help brands show up in the right moments, not just the right channels.
