A passer-by, that does not stick to any nouns. Change is inevitable, and people do change in time.
There are people who drink coffee to wake up. I am not one of them. For me, coffee never begins with the day — it begins an hour or so after it. It's the ritual that sets the rhythm of my day: usually three cups, never past noon, each one its own small pause. The grind, the pour, that first stir through the crema before the first sip — it was never really about the coffee. It was about the few quiet minutes that do more for my focus than caffeine ever could. I've always loved the classical Italian roast and craft, the kind you find at Sant'Eustachio Il Caffè in Roma or Ravizza 1871 in Milano. Coffee, for me, is a state of mind. This week, that state of mind found its setting. I had the privilege of project managing Fortuna Of Cappadocia - Autograph Collection. And there — beneath a warming sun, surrounded by a symphonic choir of birds — that small ritual gave me something rare while working: joy, relief, and a deep sense of peace. Building is one thing. Breathing life into a building is something else entirely. Together with our valued investors, Tarman Group®️, and the 35+ years of experience behind Access Hospitality Development & Consulting, we brought this hotel to life as a living organism. I am humbled to have been part of it — and grateful for the sense of belonging I feel wherever I work within Access. ☕️ #Hospitality #HotelDevelopment #Cappadocia #AutographCollection #LuxuryTravel #HotelOpening #MarriottBonvoy #CoffeeLovers #HospitalityIndustry #Türkiye
