So true Terry, within my generation X and Y contacts the exposure to mining looks more like 0.1% .... now why is this critical? As generational wealth transfers to the now 30 - 50 year old investors the mining / exploration / commodity industry faces a growing challenge in attracting capital as the "younger" investors favor more interactive, liquid and short term rewarding asset classes.
