Mongolian Foreign Minister B.Battsetseg had a discussion with her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow today. The ministers assessed ongoing development under the strategic partnership agreement signed in 2019, FTZ negotiations between Mongolia and Eurasian Economic Union, and the role of Mongolia in SCO. Also discussed about potential gas pipeline between Russia-Mongolia-China, further investments in joint Ulaanbaatar Railway (main operator of trans-Mongolian railway connecting Russia with China) and establishment of a joint secondary school. This year two countries celebrate a centenary of establishing diplomatic relations in 1921, and 40th year anniversary of joint space flight Soyuz 39 as part of Intercosmos program in 1981. http://mfa.gov.mn/60578
