As a great journey draws to a close, it was a great pleasure to be invited to a special evening celebrating more than 15 years of the Cairo Liaison Office of Freie Universität Berlin, held in the context of the visit of the President of Freie Universität Berlin, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Günter M. Ziegler and his delegation. Cairo Liaison Office has a special place in my heart. A shout-out to Hoda El Mahgoub; the person who has always welcomed me with open arms and big smile. Since the moment I stepped through the door of FU, it always felt like family and home even at my lowest. Your sincere support, kindness and beautiful smile have truly touched my heart. Thank you 🤍
