Costruire cose che abbiano un impatto reale, creare opportunità per altri, non accontentarmi della mediocrità". Qual è la qualità che apprezzi di più nelle persone? "L'integrità unita all'ambizione. Non basta essere bravi. Bisogna voler crescere senza scorciatoie". Qual è lo sport che ti ha insegnato di più? "Lo sci. Ti insegna controllo, rischio calcolato, eleganza sotto pressione". Qual è il cambiamento che ti piacerebbe vedere nel mondo? "Più persone che costruiscono invece di commentare. Più imprenditori responsabili".
