🌈 Pride Month is an opportunity to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and reflect on the role we each play in creating workplaces where everyone feels respected, supported and included. At BASF ECMS, we marked the start of Pride Month by raising the Pride flag at our headquarters site in Iselin, NJ. It is a meaningful symbol, but also a reminder that inclusion is built through how we show up for one another. Across ECMS, sites around the world are raising their flags and hosting activities throughout June to create space for connection and celebration.
