🌈 This June, our teams across the globe found meaningful ways to celebrate Pride. Here's a look at how each site marked the occasion: Iselin, NJ connected our LEAD values to everyday action through a personal pledge, honored Pride trailblazers on a Wall of Fame, and came together over food and conversation. Seneca, SC hosted a flag-raising ceremony and cookout, along with a virtual Kahoot trivia game through the U.S. ALLchemie chapter. Converse, SC marked the occasion with a flag-raising ceremony followed by a team lunch. Huntsville, AL hosted a flag-raising ceremony and luncheon featuring a guest speaker who spoke on mental health, resilience and healing. Brazil: Our BYOU group decorated the office stairways in Pride flag colors, symbolizing their role as a bridge within the site — offering support, representation, and a space where employees feel seen and heard. Thailand held a rainbow-themed quiz with giveaways for perfect scores. A company leader shared remarks encouraging openness, respect and acceptance, and the celebration closed with a group photo. London: Colleagues entered the office bake-off, with staff voting on Tastiest, Most Stylish, and Most Innovative. Opening remarks highlighted the importance of inclusivity, before colleagues enjoyed banana bread, carrot cake, lemon drizzle, and Eton Mess — paired with Saicho sparkling tea. Across every site, the message was the same: everyone deserves to feel seen, respected and welcome.
