Barzan Maintenance Shield is hiring   Job Title: Projects Controller Job Summary: The role supports project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking by helping develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). It involves coordinating meetings, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and preparing progress reports and presentations while monitoring risks and project performance. The position also provides day-to-day support to the Senior Project Manager and Project Team and assists with project handover activities to the BMS Operations Team. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and track progress across multiple projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved. - Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. - Collect, analyze, and report project and operational data to support decision-making. - Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates. - Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between project teams, military personnel, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, and potential delays. - Support budget tracking, resource planning, and KPI monitoring. - Maintain project documentation, records, and tracking tools. - Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Project Manager and wider Projects Team. - Assist with project handover, contract transition, and mobilization activities to ensure a smooth transfer into operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering or any equivalent field Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/MRO project experience -Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a complex operational or technical environment. -Working internationally, Middle East would be advantageous. Knowledge and Competencies: - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. - Experience in project coordination, project controls, or project management support is preferred. - Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is advantageous.
