Barzan Maintenance Shield is hiring   Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor Job Summary: Supply Chain Supervisor holds the overall leadership of Supply chain department and is responsible for ensuring comprehensive projects, contracts and service support. Develop SC processes and procedures in line with company regulations and acceptance means of compliance. Cope with continuous growth of BMS and sub-contractor supply. Work with the Project Manager to maintain an effective supply chain system, ensuring logistical support for aircraft, power plants, gearboxes, and components is delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. Key responsibilities include aligning supply chain activities with the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP), supporting regulatory compliance, and responding proactively to operational changes. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with QEAF Operations and the Maintenance Supervisors for coordination for aircraft availability & future requirements for operational needs in line with the long-term Maintenance Plan. - Lead the BMS Supply chain team under maintenance operation. Train and develop SC team members. - Supervise Supply chain and stores readiness for all scheduled inspection spare parts and tools required in advance required by BMS maintenance - Produce a one-year plan concerning spare parts / tooling requirements and man-hour requirement versus man-hour availability for budgetary purposes. - Track shipments, resolve delay issues related to logistics. - Analyse to generate savings using the lowest total cost of ownership including parts consumption, price of product / services and reduce indirect maintenance costs. - Ensure that the Suppliers remain a customer focused and well-resourced organizations which regularly meet the SLAs. - Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR and Operations). - Local supplier utilization and understand local shipping and customs clearance process. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management in aviation or related field. Experience: - 10 years of experience in Supply chain / Warehouse / Logistics Management position - Good knowledge of EASA regulations including Part CAMO, Part-145 material requirements. Working knowledge of Military airworthiness requirements will be an advantage plus local customs regulation. - Must have knowledge in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices. -  Good use MS Office Software and other Company Software as required. -         Experience with ERP systems.
