Barzan Maintenance Shield is hiring!   Job Title: HR Administrator Job Summary: The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the human resources department in daily administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role plays a key part in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: -         Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and correspondence to employees -         Assist in recruitment processes (job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, documentation, etc.) -         Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes -         Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports -         Address employee concerns related to company policies, employment terms, entitlements, and contractual matters -         Support payroll and benefits administration -         Monitor attendance and leave records -         Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations -         Assist in organizing training and development programs Qualifications: -         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field -         Proven experience in HR or administrative roles Experience: -         Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative support Skills: -         Strong organizational and time management skills -         Excellent communication skills -         Attention to detail and confidentiality -         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) -         Knowledge of HR systems is a plus -         Fluent in English and Arabic Preferred: -         Experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) -         Basic knowledge of labor laws Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CVs to: [email protected] Kindly include the job title in the subject line of your email.
