Job Title: Operations Administrator Barzan Maintenance Shield seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating operational activities, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational tasks. - Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation - Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing meetings, events, and operational activities. - Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and tracking documents. - Monitor office and operational supplies; coordinate procurement when needed. - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. - Provide administrative support for HR tasks such as onboarding, timesheets, or training coordination. - Track and report on KPIs, project progress, and operational performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as necessary. - Carry out any additional duties assigned by management. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. - 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong time management and prioritize skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
