Lewis "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act." – Psalm 37:5 As many have shared recently, the workforce reduction at Albemarle has impacted my role after a refining and rigorous six-plus years. Over the past week or so, I’ve taken time to pause and reflect on this closing chapter, and my heart is filled with gratitude at so many levels. This season brought powerful lessons, professionally and personally, and the absolute privilege of working alongside some of the most talented, compassionate, and dedicated colleagues I’ve ever met. For that, I am genuinely grateful. I am now seeking new opportunities in organizational and leadership effectiveness, performance and change management, organizational culture, and talent development—I am open to remote or in the Charlotte, NC, area.
