For me as an insurance industry analyst (and slowly writing my book about insurance commerce in the cyber age), I hope insurers are excluding liabilities generated by Agent's failures / misbehaviors / illegal acts / etc from all insurance lines of business. No separate class of business for these liabilities; no 'silent' (or embedded) coverage for these liabilities. Agent's actions create liabilities? Insurers should not be the financial punching bag to redress those liabilities. James Clark Mitchell Gary Heck Dr. Georgianna (George) S. Sally Pace K.
