After nearly six amazing years, it’s time to say goodbye to Project Delivery Partners. From being the first employee in our Irish office to seeing the team grow into what is now the EFOR Group, it’s been a fantastic journey — full of learning, challenges, and excellent teamwork. The trust and support I’ve received along the way won’t be forgotten. A big thank you to Keith Doran, Peter Roche, Lawrence Smiddy, Caroline Sherlock, Ian Towler, Niamh Downey-Russell, Katie Lynch, Shane Connolly and Ignacio López Lledó from the early years — and to the wider BD/TA, Operations, and Finance teams as we’ve grown. I’m grateful for your support, collaboration and laughs through the years. To those who joined me for one last Swiss adventure — what a way to wrap it up! I’ve been lucky to work with brilliant engineers and genuinely great people. Wishing the very best to everyone across EFOR — it’s been a pleasure working with you all. While I’m excited for what’s next, I’ll carry the memories (and maybe a few grey hairs!) with me from this chapter. Wishing you all continued success :)
