Premium Stadium Operations | For Dallas Cowboys fans, every home game is FAN-tastic at AT&T Stadium, formerly known as Cowboys Stadium. During my tenure as their VP of Special Events and Premium Services, it was an honor to be part of the team at this premier, state-of-the-art venue. When it came to Game Day, our focus - ‘It’s all about the fans.’ Feeding over 80,000 in the stands, along with 364 suites and 10 private clubs, was a monumental task carried out by a group of talented hospitality professionals. How do you make all fans feel special? Whether in the stands or in the suites, you cater to their needs. Along with the most popular food items like hot dogs, nachos, and the best of Texas BBQ, we created diverse menus that included halal, vegan, and vegetarian options. What to do with leftover gameday hot dog and hamburger buns? Our talented pastry team created a delicious game-day specialty, just for suite owners - Butter Finger Bread Pudding served with vanilla crème’ anglaise, as a thank you for their continued patronage.
