Labaik Ya Rasool Allah ﷺ Alhamdulillah, under the guidance of the Honourable Attorney-General for Pakistan, Mr. Mansoor Usman Awan, I represented the Federation before the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in a matter concerning Section 295-C PPC. Alhamdulillah, this is the third separate bail petition in such matters that has been dismissed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan before the Bench comprising Mr. Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan and Mr. Justice Shakeel Ahmad. Special appreciation is due to FIA / NCCIA for diligently following the matter and providing valuable assistance throughout the proceedings.
