ARMED FORCES WEEK 2026 As a veteran-led micro business, there have been plenty of moments where blood, sweat and tears have been invested to get us where we are today. None of it would have been possible without the unwavering backing of my business partner, who has believed in the vision from day one. I’ll admit, I was a little sceptical about switching off for a surprise Father’s Day city break. When you’re used to being in the thick of every operation, stepping away isn’t easy. Returning to an overflowing inbox filled with messages of appreciation from clients across multiple events and training projects genuinely stopped me in my tracks. To my operational management team Nick Lewis Callum Chesters Siddiq Mohammed thank you for leading from the front. To every member of our training department Billy Delaney thank you for delivering when it mattered most. The weather has tested everyone over the past two weeks, yet the professionalism, resilience and commitment you’ve all shown has resulted in exceptional feedback. That’s a reflection of the standards you set, not the conditions you worked in. We’re now entering one of our busiest periods of the year, but if the last few weeks have shown me anything, it’s that we’ve built a team that doesn’t just meet expectations, it consistently exceeds them. Keep doing what you’re doing. It hasn’t gone unnoticed, and I’m incredibly proud to stand alongside every one of you. “My word is my bond.” Imperial College London Esher Rugby G4S David Chammas Adriaan Brynard G4S FdA CSMP® Provide Security DIAMA SECURITY LIMITED Ikraam Fareed Pavan Lochab Stuart Turnbull #Leadership #VeteransInBusiness #SecurityIndustry #Teamwork #Events #Training #Professionalism #Resilience #CrowdManagement #ExecutiveProtection #PeopleFirst #Proud
