🚀 The first training path of our #Barilla Supply Chain Journey has come to an end. An important milestone for our participants, who over the past months have learned, shared experiences, built meaningful connections, and gained a broader perspective on the world of #manufacturing and #supplychain. Designed to support young talents in their professional growth, the Journey combines learning opportunities, hands-on projects, and job rotations across plants and functions, helping participants develop the skills, mindset, and network needed to thrive within our industrial ecosystem. And this is just the beginning: in the years ahead, the Journey will continue to accompany them through new experiences, challenges, and opportunities, supporting their development as the leaders who will help shape the future of our business.
