Current minister of public administration of Serbia regrets Milosevic (butcher of Balkans, judged in the Hague for war crimes, crimes against humanity etc.) did not finish the ethnic cleansing in Kosovo in 1998. Milosevic and Serbia tried very hard in 1999 to ethnically clean Kosovo, forcing with 1 million people out of the country (out of 1.7 million total population) towards neighboring countries. In 1998-1999, public administration of Serbia supported and implemented ethnic cleansing policy. In 2026, public administration minister of Serbia still reflects on why the ethnic-cleansing of 1998-1999 failed. Shocking. Appalling. Disgusting. I call on the European Commission, SIGMA Programme, Regional School of Public Administration to stop any type of collaboration with ministers who express regrets that an ethnic cleansing campaign did not succeed.
