There is a new kid in town! What used to be the restaurant Mark Brandenburg located on the ground floor of the Berlin Hilton-Hotel at Gendarmenmarkt for many, many years, is now the new home of Bellboy Berlin – the first German, indeed first international, spin-off of the successful concept from Tel Aviv. Jan-Peter Wulf reports about a concept that is unconventional and entertaining for its guests, but still highly professional behind the scenes and set to kick off broad-based expansion.
