Hi, My name is Banu Kumar. I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious quality issue I experienced with your product. Last Saturday, I visited Pondicherry with my friend. During lunch at a well-known hotel, I purchased a sealed bottle of Coca-Cola. After consuming most of the drink, I noticed foreign material settled at the bottom of the bottle. This was very disturbing and raised serious concerns about product safety and hygiene. I immediately reported this issue to Coca-Cola customer service via email. However, I only received an apology without any explanation or details about the cause of this issue. I am very concerned and would like to know: The reason for the presence of foreign material in a sealed bottle What corrective and preventive actions will be taken to avoid such incidents in the future After this incident, I have been experiencing headache issues, which has added to my worry about possible health effects. I request you to kindly investigate this matter seriously and provide a detailed response at the earliest.
