Last year, we invested nearly $40 million in workforce development initiatives that supported hundreds of universities, community colleges and nonprofit partners across the U.S. These partners estimate that our investment helped to connect nearly 86,400 individuals to livable-wage jobs and provided 265,000 people with access to career readiness programs.
