Less than a decade after its launch, our virtual AI assistant Erica has supported 42 million clients and has expanded to serve clients in the business and commercial segments. It is also an essential component of our internal support model, with 95 percent of our teammates relying on the employee assistant version. Developed by a dedicated team representing business lines and support functions across the enterprise, including linguistic experts, software developers and designers, Erica’s foundational capabilities continue to play a central role in delivering a high-tech high-touch experience for both clients and employees.
