Over the past week, we had the pleasure of hosting students from Aarhus University and AU Herning – Aarhus Universitet (Aarhus BSS) at our headquarters in Struer, ushering them behind the scenes for a closer look at the craftsmanship and attention to detail that shapes our work and defines our heritage. Together, we ventured into the world of sound, design and technology and discussed some of the many career paths within Bang & Olufsen. As part of their semester project, ten students from BSS also explored ways to enhance business models and identify opportunities across production and operational processes. Struer is more than just our hometown – It is a small town with a global heartbeat that is home to 58 nationalities that create a diverse, multi-faceted workforce teeming with varied perspectives that shape the way we create, collaborate and carve our legacy. We are proud to have shared this ethos with our visitors this week, as we look towards a future propelled by talent, creativity and passion for beautiful sound.  #BangOlufsen
