Balta is proud and grateful: together with you, we raised €12,000 for the fight against cancer! Last March, Balta organised a two-day charity carpet sale and what a success it was. Over 700 carpets found a new home, and every single euro raised went straight to two incredible organisations fighting cancer: Warriors Against Cancer, which supports patients and their loved ones through their physical and mental journey, and the Anticancer Fund, which drives independent cancer research and makes new treatments accessible to patients worldwide. Yesterday, we were proud to hand over two cheques of €6,000 each. This initiative carried a deeper meaning for all of us. It was set up in memory of a beloved colleague we lost to cancer, and as a tribute to everyone who is facing that battle today. We hope it brings some comfort to know that so many people stood together for this cause. A huge thank you to everyone who bought a carpet or helped make this happen. Your support means more than words can say.
