At Balfour Beatty, three incidents of abuse are reported each day by our road workers – underlining the importance of greater awareness and respect for those keeping our roads moving. We’re taking action through measures such as body worn cameras and conflict resolution training, while also leading an industry-wide survey to better understand the scale and impact of the issue.
